Initial Assessment & Consultation

We begin with a comprehensive evaluation of your current skills and experience, followed by an in-depth discussion of your training goals and specialisation interests. This includes a thorough assessment of your learning needs and preferred training approach, culminating in the creation of a personalised training pathway designed specifically for your professional development journey.

Structured Learning Program

You'll develop a strong theoretical foundation in disability awareness and adaptive instruction, complemented by extensive hands-on experience with adaptive vehicle equipment. The program includes engaging role-playing exercises with various learning scenarios to build your confidence, along with mentored practice sessions with real students where appropriate to ensure you're fully prepared for independent teaching.

Assessment & Ongoing Support

The final phase includes a formal assessment of your teaching skills and knowledge, followed by detailed feedback and improvement recommendations tailored to your development needs. Upon successful completion, you'll receive certification and qualification support, along with ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities to ensure your continued success as a specialist instructor.
