3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Lesson Bookings

  • All lesson bookings must be confirmed in advance
  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our website
  • Lessons are subject to instructor availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or before the lesson commences
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
  • Lesson packages must be paid in full at time of purchase
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • All prices include VAT where applicable

3.3 Lesson Packages

  • Lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased
  • Package lessons must be used within 12 months of purchase
  • Unused lessons may be transferred to another suitable student with our agreement
  • Package discounts apply only to pre-paid blocks of lessons

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 Student Cancellations

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Reschedule at no charge
  • Less than 48 Hours: Full charge applies
  • Medical Emergencies: We understand the unpredictable nature of disabilities and will consider each case individually

4.2 Our Cancellations

  • We may need to cancel lessons due to instructor illness, vehicle breakdown, or severe weather
  • Alternative arrangements will be offered where possible
  • Full refund provided if alternative cannot be arranged
  • We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from our cancellation

4.3 Test Date Changes

  • Driving test date changes must be made directly with DVLA
  • We cannot guarantee instructor availability for rearranged test dates
  • Additional lessons may be required if significant time passes between original and new test dates

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Student Responsibilities

  • Students must disclose all relevant medical conditions that may affect driving ability
  • Current medical certificates must be provided where required by DVLA
  • Students must inform us of any changes to their medical condition
  • Students must not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Students must wear appropriate footwear and clothing

5.2 Our Responsibilities

  • All vehicles are regularly maintained, taxed and insured
  • All instructors are DVLA approved and enhanced DBS checked
  • We maintain appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance
  • Adaptive equipment is regularly inspected and maintained
  • We follow all current government guidelines regarding health and safety

5.3 COVID-19 and Health Precautions

  • We reserve the right to implement additional health and safety measures as required
  • Students with symptoms of infectious illness should not attend lessons
  • We may refuse lessons if we believe there is a health risk

6. Vehicle Use and Insurance

6.1 During Lessons

  • Students are covered by our motor insurance during lessons
  • Insurance is valid only when the approved instructor is present
  • Students must follow all instructor guidance regarding vehicle operation
  • Any damage caused by negligent or reckless behavior may be charged to the student

6.2 Driving Tests

  • Our vehicle may be used for practical driving tests subject to availability
  • Students must have completed sufficient lessons in our vehicle before test use
  • Additional charges apply for test day vehicle use
  • Students are responsible for DVLA test fees

7. Data Protection and Privacy

7.1 Information Collection

  • We collect personal information necessary to provide our services
  • This includes contact details, medical information relevant to driving, and lesson progress
  • We may record lessons for training and assessment purposes with your consent

7.2 Information Use

  • Personal information is used solely for providing our services
  • We may share information with DVLA/DVSA/Police where legally required
  • Medical information is handled in accordance with relevant data protection laws
  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

7.3 Data Retention
